Blair McInnis is a Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Registered Counselling Supervisor, Psycho-educational Facilitator and former Director of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.

Blair's primary theoretical orientation is based on the principles of noted Psychiatrist Carl Jung, in particular Jung's work involving Psychological Types. His primary counselling modalities include Positive Psychology and Rogerian Person-Centred Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The combination of Blair's warm, caring nature, keen insight and dedication allow clients to connect easily and effectively to maximize the value of time invested in obtaining meaningful personal growth.
